What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm and Fridays, 8 am to noon.

How do I schedule appointments?

You can call or text the clinic directly at (253) 212 0272. You can also schedule appointments through our patient portal link if you’re already established or submit a request for an appointment here on the website

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid plans, commercial insurance providers, and workers’ compensation plans. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please contact our office and we will be happy to verify your coverage.
